Welcome to the USS Anubis NX-82400!

The USS Anubis is Currently Docked at DS5
While on their maiden voyage as a crew the USS Anubis is requested by Deep Space 5 to investigate a distress signal. The Anubis being the closest vessel responds immediately with all speed to the assistance of a Weiltzer Corporation cargo ship.
Upon arrival to the ship it is practically destroyed, with only four life signs aboard. The crew of the Anubis must investigate the murders of the crew, and determine who attacked the cargo vessel.

While viewing the write a post page you will see error messages displayed on the top of the page. This is because of the work being done to solve the apostrophe problem. You may still continue to post normally, this will not effect the system. It's just displaying information needed to give Anodyne to solve the problem.

I just wanted to announce that Anodyne has solved the Remember Me issue, it was caused by updating the system to new versions. Apparently when the updates happened the password hashes were changed in the database but the cookies never updated, so in other words the password your browser remembers wouldn't access the system because it didn't match.
However, in the version of Nova that we're currently running they've changed it so that every time the system is updated the cookies are as well, which will allow the remembered passwords to function even after an update.
The only way to fix the issue if you come across it is to clear your browser cache so that the incorrect cookies stored by your browser go away.
» Nova 1.0.3

The newest updates to Nova have been installed to our site, and they're fully functioning. Some changes to the system have been made however I'd still advise at this time not to use the "Remember Me" function of the website.
I have tested the ability to copy and paste from word processors into the Nova system and it seems that it was not fixed after all. I've made note about this with Anodyne we'll see their response.
Until then, we'll have to make due.
» Site Bugs (Third Attempt)

Okay, I've attempted to post this twice before, but it doesn't seem to have gone through. Yahoo groups is giving me trouble so if you get this three times I'm sorry.... So let's try it again:
In regards to the ability of posting by copying and pasting from a word processor that will be fixed in the next release that should be coming out shortly. Here is the exact quote from Anodyne:
1.0.3 brings a fix for the word processor issue. Most word processors use "curly" quotes which don't translate well to web-based presentation, so they have to be changed before they're inserted into the database.
As I had thought it stemmed from the actual fonts being used. As you should all know I've experience this problem prior posting on Forum Simulations, Brad can attest to that as he's assisted in posting for me a few times. (Although to be honest I never had the problem until using pages.)
Also, just in case anyone comes to this problem. If you go to the Anubis website and it gives you an error message. Please attempt to clear your browser cache and then attempt it again. This is a problem with the "remember me" feature. It happened to me earlier, Anodyne is working on this as well.
Bare with us, hopefully in the next week or so all the bugs should be worked out.
